MUMBAI: Alfred Haber Distribution (AHD) has entered into
an agreement with US male oriented broadcaster Spike TV to
serve as the international distributor for Spike TV's upcoming
show, Bullrun.
The event series is based on the international automotive
rally of the same name and features 12 teams of two drivers
who use their own cars in a rally that takes them across America.
It will air in the US on 13 March and is hosted by wrestling
icon, actor and devoted car enthusiast, Bill Goldberg.
AHD executive VP Robert Kennedy says, "Spike TV has
done it again - they have developed another top-quality, cutting-edge
television show. Bullrun will feature some of the most exotic
and hottest, tricked-out cars ever assembled on television
from the Ferrari Enzo to the Shelby Mustang. Bullrun
is television action at its finest and I know this show will
fill a tremendous appetite for action audiences around the
world."
Bullrun puts real people behind their favorite wheels
in an all-out rally across North America, competing for big
prize money, the 2007 Bullrun Trophy, and even bigger bragging
rights waiting at the finish line.
Making this a test of strength and endurance, drivers will
only be given route information after each leg of the competition,
and will be forced to "switch gears" several times
in planning their strategies. Facing unforgiving terrain,
auto challenges and the knowledge that one team will be eliminated
at the end of each episode, drivers are fueled by a love of
their own cars and driven by the ultimate desire to win.
