| The project, titled "Triple Threat," is a
26 half-hour episode TV series. The total value of the deal is $2.5
million.
As part of the deal, the company also acquires distribution, merchandising,
licensing and other rights in perpetuity for the show "Triple
Threat", for the Indian Subcontinent and a 5-year period rights
for certain other properties owned by BKN.
Color Chips will provide animation services from layout to rushes
including key animation cleanup, IB and digital ink and paint.
