MUMBAI: Ravi Mansukhani is put in charge of IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd (IMCL), the Hinduja TMT subsidiary company which handles cable TV business under the Incablenet brand. This follows the resignation of COO Srinivas Palakodeti who has joined Sahara One as chief financial officer.

Mansukhani will continue with his role as CEO of InNetwork Entertainment Ltd, the HTMT company which is engaged in the content business and runs cable movie channel CVO.

Manoj Motwani, who was recently promoted as IMCL president, will report to Mansukhani.

Mansukhani was already a director in the board of IMCL. "With Mansukhani in charge, the cable TV and content businesses will have a common head," says an executive in the company.
