MUMBAI: HSBC Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd has acquired 4,450,000
shares of Zee Telefilms Ltd on 29 September, taking its total holding
in the company to 5.05 per cent (20,843,466 shares).
HSBC Investments did the transaction through HSBC Global Investment
Funds (Mauritius) Limited and PAC HSBC Investments (Hong Kong) Limited,
according to an announcement made in the National Stock Exchange.
The mode of acquisition is through market purchase.
