Channel 7 to showcase a special series 'Satta Ka Hisaab' on Mulayam Singh Yadav

MUMBAI: Channel 7, will be airing a special series titled Satta ka Hisaab to evaluate the two years of the Samajwadi Party, under the leadership of Mulayam Singh Yadav, in UP. The series will broadcast daily on Channel 7 from 7 pm - 8 pm from 25 -28 August.

Satta Ka Hisaab, will be a daily one-hour special programme featuring exclusive interviews and debates related to prominent issues in Uttar Pradesh. There will be interviews with other leading politicians like Mayawati (B.S.P), Kalyan Singh, Pramod Tiwari (congress) and Rajnath Singh (B.J.P) discussing the same, informs a press release.




A Travelogue - Lucknow Mail - would be played throughout the day. In this, Channel7 reporters travelling across UP will be getting a view from the ground – feedback from people across the state on the performance of their Government.

Each episode of Satta Ka Hisaab will open with critical concerns such as law and order, industrial development and power supply in Uttar Pradesh supported by excerpts from the travelogue- Lucknow Mail. The program will cover these issues in detail in three episodes.

On 28 August, Channel7 will be airing an hour-long debate from the city of Lucknow on the performance of the government. In this, industrialists, youth, political analysts and journalists will confront a panel of leaders with the issues concerning them.

On 29 August, the findings of an exclusive survey on Mulayam’s two years of government will be released. The survey has focussed on key target groups like industrialists, IIM/IIT students, housewives and government officials to get a comprehensive perspective on all issues, informs the media release.
