The 36 year old Burtson will oversee the development and execution
of the company’s investor relations initiatives, and serve as the
primary day-to-day contact for Time Warner with the investment community.
He will succeed John Martin who led the group for more than four
years, and has been tapped to serve as Time Warner Cable CFO.
Time Warner executive VP and CFO Wayne Pace says, “This appointment
