MUMBAI: International pop icon Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline will enter the reality television arena. The untitled show will premiere on US cable network UPN on 17 May.

Britney and Kevin will share their courtship, engagement and wedding through exclusive, ever-before-seen private home videos, shot mostly by the couple with their own camera. This fun, uniquely personal series gives viewers a rare glimpse inside the pair's relationship and life together.

The footage begins shortly after Britney and Kevin first met in Los Angeles and headed off to Europe together on tour, leading up to and including their wedding day. UPN is also shooting new footage and commentary with Britney and Kevin that will guide viewers through their story. The show will have an exclusive second window on MTV.

Spears recently made headlines by announcing that she is pregnant. UPN presdent Dawn Ostroff says, "As we all know, Britney and Kevin's life together has been played out in front of the public through Internet speculation, the gossip columnists and entertainment magazines. But now, for the first time, their millions of fans will get to see and hear the couple's real story as told directly by them."
