Alpha, Etc Punjabi's 'Nachchi Saade Naal' ground event

MUMBAI: Zee's Punjabi channels Etc Punjabi and Alpha Punjabi will organise a musical event Nachchi Saade Naal.



The event takes place on 30 October at Dussehra Grounds in Mohali Chandigarh from 6:30 pm. The latest sensations in Punjabi music will perform together on one stage. These include Jazzy B, Sukhshinder Shinda, Harmandeep Kaur, and Yudhveer Manak along with comedians Dipti Raja and Goga Dhariwala.

A contest is being run to coincide with the event. Jazzy B is on a lookout for a new and fresh face to be featured in his next video album. The search is being done through the Kaun Nach Di contest, which has been run for around last 15 days on both the channels.

Several hundreds of girls sent in their entry forms. After pre-final screening done by the elite panel of Judges the semi finalists get to perform on stage with Jazzy B at the event and the final winner will be chosen by the star based on her performance.

Etc Punjabi president and Alpha Punjabi business head Rabindra Narayan said, "These artists are very popular across all age groups in Punjab and it is due to their contribution that Punjabi music got mass appeal among mainstream audiences. This is proven by the popularity which Punjabi music enjoys today both nationally and internationally."

Etc Punjabi programming VP Rajiee M Shinde added, "The audience will be dazzled with 20,000 watts of music and dazzling firework display. The venue of the show will don a completely new look as it would be bedecked with computer controlled lighting.."
