| Named as Afghan Television Channel (ATC), the channel
will air music and films on tentative bases for one month.
The collapse of fundamentalist Taliban regime and induction of
new government saw print and electronic mediahave mushrooming in
major cities across the post-war Afghanistan. Another private television
channel from the northern city of Shibirghan has already started
functioning.
