| MUMBAI: Blake Flynn of MGM has been promoted to VP
business affairs for worldwide television distribution. |

| |
| He looks after negotiations with overseas carriage partners
and with domestic broadcast and basic cable networks. |
| |

| |
Flynn reports to Lisa Klein Fitzpatrick, the senior VP of business
and legal affairs for worldwide television distribution. He joined
MGM in 1993 as a legal intern and has subsequently worked his way
through the ranks, most recently to senior counsel for business affairs
in the worldwide television distribution division. |
