| MUMBAI: Q Television Network has confirmed their successful
soft launch. The test broadcast went on for five hours. |

| The sample broadcast signal was available throughout
all of North America, beginning at 10:00 a.m. PST. In addition, Cox
Cable in New Orleans and Comcast in Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and Everett,
Washington, offered the broadcast to their viewers. |

| Viewers were presented highlights from the network,
which included a first look at I Will, I Do, We Did, an original
documentary about gay marriage. The sample broadcast also ran several
sneak previews of motion pictures, as well as specials and documentaries. |
