The academy has invited entries from the show producers, for the
shows broadcast outside of the US between 1 May 2003 and 31 March
2004. The awards will be presented at a gala dinner in New York
City on 22 November 2004.
The shows should falls into one of the following categories: arts
programming, children and young people, comedy, documentary, drama
series, news coverage, non-scripted entertainment or TV movie/ mini-series,
says a company release.
