| DirecTV renews NDS' conditional access

| MUMBAI: News Corporation company NDS and DirecTV Inc.,
the leading digital multichannel television service provider in the
United States, have announced that they have signed a six-year agreement
whereby NDS will provide its VideoGuard conditional access system
and services to support the DirecTV pay-TV service. |

| NDS's VideoGuard is at present used by more than 35
operators around the world, according to a company statement, and
secures more than $15 billion of customer revenues. |
