[V]'s new line up on air soon

MUMBAI: March seems to be a month full of action on [V] with the launch of three new shows apart from the [V] The Big Vote, which is a youth initiative campaign.

The much hyped and talked about [V] On the Run, a travel cum reality show is finally all set to hit the small screen, the first episode premiering on Thursday, 18 March at 8:30pm.

Originally an on-air hunt for a companion for the [V] On The Run van, the format has evolved into a 13 part series featuring the [V] On The Run trio across the lengths and breadths of India hosted by VJ Purab and Anoushka (of Viva fame).

Kaliyon Ka Chaman, Meri Berry Ke Ber, Saiiyan Dil Mein Aana Re, seems to be the hottest rage in the Indian music scene currently. This genre has lead to another brand new success story formula. The key ingredients being three hot women, psychedelic visuals, skimpy outfits and large doses of dance making this latest packaging format a fatal combination. [V] Gaurav & The Oomphmatis, a fortnightly short format will feature VJ Gaurav tracking down these lovely ladies or Oomphmatis as they call them and gets answers to those questions that one always wanted to ask them. This 12 week format featuring six Oomphmati episodes, one each fortnight will premier on Friday, 5 March at 9:30pm.

Channel [V] 's veteran VJ's returns to the battlefield of popular music to make his choice known. Yes, Luke Kenny is back on Channel [V], but not in person, only in spirit. Luke Kenny's After Hours, will see music specially chosen by Luke himself which will air every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11pm - 2 am.

[V] 's sure thrown in a lot of punch in there.
