| MUMBAI: Kristin Stevens has been named VP of marketing
at Discovery Networks International. |

| Stevens will report to Rebecca Batties, the senior VP
of creative development and brand management at Discovery Networks
International. |

| |
| She will be developing the marketing and branding programs
for Discovery's 10 international networks. She joins the company from
AOL. Stevens worked with MTV Networks International before joining
AOL. |
