| MUMBAI: A meeting of the board of directors
of Zee Telefilms is scheduled to be held on 28 January, 2003 to consider
and take on record the financial results for the 3rd quarter ended
31 December, 2002. |

| The results will be eagerly awaited as it
should offer the clearest picture yet of just how well Zee's blockbuster
movie strategy is working as too the other initiatives that chairman
Subhash Chandra has instituted in the last six months. |
