MUMBAI: For all those who have fears about the Indian team getting the World Cup home, just logon to the mtvindia.com website to get their fears confirmed. The website is getting a lot of 'hits' as cricket crazy fans log on to the site, claim channel officials.

'Silly Point, the unofficial , idiotic site for World Cup 2003' as it calls itself, (on www.mtvindia.com) presents a spoof on the much hyped World Cup series and that too with elan.

In the typical MTV ishtyle, the site picks on the players and their performance both on and off the field.

Sections worth checking out :

Ball talk: It gives you an exclusive insight to the various matches in the typical MTV ishtyle.

Dada's boys : The section gives the team profile in a manner which doesn't fail to tickle the funny bone.It highlights their batting, bowling strengths, what is expected of them in the series and the most important the number of brand endorsements undertaken by them.

Faltoo Awards: The awards as the name suggests are given to cricketers for their shameful contribution to the game of cricket. For example : Mongia was awarded The Bhaago Zaraa Award for the India v/s Holland match . why?, because he got home safely, slid into the crease, but -"the bat doesn't touch the ground!" For what is perhaps going to be the unluckiest run out of the match Dinesh Mongia gets the Bhaago Zaraa Award.

Idiotic Interviews: Some really insightful views from the Indian cricketeres explaining their spectacular (non ) performance thus far.
