MUMBAI: Zee Telefilms Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 24 September to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March, 2002 and to recommend dividend for the financial year 2001-02.
