| NEW YORK: Media conglomerate AOL Time Warner
has awarded Citibank e-Business, a Citigroup division,the regional
mandate to provide cash management services to its subsidiaries across
ten markets in Asia. |

| India, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea,
Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand constitute
the ten markets. Citibank will provide a range of cash management
services to AOL Time Warner via CitiDirect Online Banking, the Internet-based
banking platform, along with a regional payables and receivables solution.
