Disney to premiere season 2 of 'The Suite Life of Karan and Kabir' on 27 Jan

MUMBAI: Disney Channel will bring back the second season of its popular live action show ‘The Suite Life of Karan and Kabir‘ beginning 27 January at 10:30 am.

The show follows the many shenanigans and pranks of the mischievous duo - Karan and Kabir, who live in a luxurious suite at the swanky Raj Mahal Hotel with their mother, Priti Jaiswal.

This season, Karan and Kabir will completely redefine mischief as they embark on a new set of adventures at the Raj Mahal Hotel, including many firsts, as the boys and their friends help hatch an eagle‘s egg, travel to a parallel universe where they can eat candy for every meal and fight with the dead as a cursed Egyptian mummy breaks in.

Adding to the excitement, this season also brings fresh antics as they try their hand at ‘being parents‘ through a baby simulator called ‘Baby doll 2000‘ and join in the hotel-wide search for the real live lost horse - Champak.

"The success of the first season of ‘The Suite Life of Karan and Kabir‘ reaffirms the deep emotional connections that Disney Channel has with kids and their families. Delivering our promise to bring alive locally relevant stories and characters, we are thrilled to bring back the two adorable boys, their friends and family that our viewers have come to love. This season will be even more exciting for kids and adults alike with twice the number of pranks and double the adventure," said Disney-UTV Director, programming, Kids Network Devika Prabhu.

The ‘Suite Life of Karan and Kabir‘ is a reversion of the Emmy-nominated popular Disney Channel US Show ‘The Suite Life of Zack & Cody‘. The show stars Siddharth Thakkar as Karan, Namit Shah as Kabir, Shruti Seth as the twin‘s mother Priti Jaiswal, Shivshakti Sachdev as Rani Uberoi and Ayesha as Binnie, the bubbly gift shop clerk.

The show also features Damandeep Singh Bagggan as Mann Singh and Shaynam Ladakhi as the bellman Jung Bahadur. The show is directed by Vasant Valsan and produced by ‘The Company‘.
