MUMBAI:
Tricon Films and Television has announced its slate for Mipcom
2012 featuring six new titles and over 35 new hours of scripted
comedy, lifestyle, and factual content. New titles launching
at Mipcom include:
Comedy
Bang Bang hosted by Scott Aukerman (co-creator/director/producer,
and musical cohort Reggie Watts has character cameos, sketches,
and nonstop comedic absurdity with some of the biggest names
in Hollywood including Zach Galifianakis, Seth Rogen, Elizabeth
Banks and Jon Hamm.
Bunk!
is a new breed of "comedy game show" in which a
trio of comedians compete in a series of bizarre challenges
to win surreal prizes. Each week, contestants are armed with
nothing more than their wits and fertile imaginations as they
complete offbeat games and challenges to win a myriad of "non-charitable
causes" such as the ability to travel back in time, having
a priest supply an alibi, and trading lives with a baby, all
under the watchful eye of host Kurt Braunohler.

Didn't Do It is a factual series that exposes the untold story
(and personal tragedy) of wrongful convictions, one gut-wrenching
case at a time. Narrated by Chris Noth I Didn't Do It looks
beyond the investigations to reveal the harrowing personal
stories and long-awaited redemptions of those brought down
by an imperfect justice system.
Satan
is a documentary that explores the role of the Devil in the
modern age. It will trace his transformation from fallen angel
to demonic beast to charismatic charlatan, showing how popular
culture has influenced the public's perception of the Devil's
presence on Earth. Featuring in-depth interviews with horror
icons like John Carpenter, Linda Blair, Stephen King, Mike
Mignola and Guillermo del Toro and musicians Bruce Dickinson,
Jimmy Page, Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson.
Restaurant
Takeover is a lifestyle series with a fresh take on Food Network's
Restaurant Makeover series, where two restaurant industry
top guns help rescue a failing restaurant.

of a Car a factual series tells the stories of today's most
