MUMBAI:
Star India non-fiction content engine head Monika Shergill
has decided to move on from the company after a stint of five
years.
Confirming
her movement to Indiantelevision.com, Shergill said, "Yes,
I have put in my papers at Star. I had absolutely wonderful
time at Star and its a great organisation to work with."
Though
she refused to comment on her next venture, she hinted that
she might be associated with Star in future.
Shergill
had joined Star in 2007 as programming head for Star One.
Later on in December 2009, she was appointed as the non-fiction
head of Star Plus. She took over the role of Star India non-fiction
content engine head in 2011.
Prior
to joining Star, she was with Sony Entertainment Television
(Set) for five years as the associate creative head.
