MUMBAI:
English business news channel CNBC-TV18 will present a show
titled 'Diamond Rush'.
The
show will feature CNBC's Bob Pisani travelling to some of
the famous diamond mines across the globe and trying to unravel
the unknown facts about diamonds.
It
will air on 27 October at 9:30 pm and on 28 October at 8:30
pm.
From
a journey deep inside the richest diamond mine on the planet
in Africa, Pisani travels all way to the Vegas strip and gets
an insider's look at Vegas' very own diamond rush; a place
where diamond patrons trade for the best rocks either to possess
or to sell at the country's largest jewellery expo, the channel
said.
The
channel also said Pisani's expedition takes him to New York's
47th Street where he obtains permission to get cameras for
the first time inside the Diamond Trading Club, the stock
exchange of the "lavish" diamond world. Finally
he reached Arkansas, Crater of Diamond State Park, the only
diamond producing mine open to diamond hunters of all ages.
Treasure hunter Chris Collins gives his expert advice on how
to find your very own diamond in the rough.
