Suvarna to launch 2 daily fiction shows

BANGALORE: Suvarna is launching two daily fiction shows that will run Monday to Friday – ‘Cheluvi’ and ‘Pallavi Anupallavi’.

Suvarna business head Anup Chandrashekaran said, “We have strategically planned to launch these shows in early primetime as we intend to increase our loyal viewer base in the 6 pm – 7 pm band. The channel content team has worked very closely with the production houses of both the shows to have the right star cast.”

 
  

Chelluvi, which goes on air today at the 6.30 pm slot, is the story of a young girl who marries a man who works for the Indian Army and hails from a politically dominant family. The challenges that the protagonist faces after her marriage and the twists and turns that change her life form the main crux of the story.

 
 
 
 

Pallavi Anupallavi will commence next week on 2 July. It is the story of a millionaire businessman and fate that gives him an opportunity to get back his love. The story is based in a metro city and yet showcases Indian values.

Karthik C.S. who is the director of Cheluvi and Madhusudhan, is also the director of Pallavi Anupallavi .
