Sun TV adds 3 pay channels to its bouquet

MUMBAI: Sun TV Network, which launched four ad-free action movie channels on 4 January, has added three more pay channels within a week.

The three channels are Sun Life and Sun TV RI (Rest of India) in Tamil and Gemini Life in Telugu.

Sun Life and Gemini Life are channels that will focus on topics like lifestyle, religion, health and education.

Sun TV RI (Rest of India) will transmit the same Sun TV content but specialised for the rest of India. It will be aired in all the states other than Tamil Nadu and enable the advertisers to focus on specific geographical areas.

The launches will further add one more genre, Life, to the existing genres of general entertainment, movies, music, news, kids, comedy and action.

Sun TV now offers a bouquet of 32 channels of which there are 12 channels in Tamil, nine in Telugu, seven in Kannada and four in Malayalam.
