The International Cricket Council (ICC) has rejected the Pakistan Cricket Board's
complaint against the Indian Premier League (IPL) for ignoring Pakistani players.
Media
reports state that ICC CEO Haroon Lorgat has written to the PCB informing them
that cricket's governing body could not interfere in what was primarily a domestic
