| MUMBAI:
GlobeCast America, a subsidiary of France Telecom, has appointed Jeff Casey as
VP - media management. He
will be based in the company’s US headquarters in New York and report directly
to GlobeCast America CEO David Justin.
Most
recently, Casey was VP of global sales at Ascent Media. In
his new role, Casey will lead the development of GlobeCast’s newly-launched
media management activities in the United States and Latin America. He
will be charged with leveraging GlobeCast’s existing business of content
distribution as well as its recent acquisition of Media Asset Management (MAM)
specialist Nétia, to provide broadcasters and content creators with full
solutions for the management and delivery of their content. |
