MUMBAI: Star Pravah, the Marathi entertainment channel from the Star Entertainment media Pvt ltd (SEMPL) stable, is ready to relaunch its magnum opus Raja Shiv Chhatrapati from 25 January.

The channel, which was launched with the show, claims that it has planned to repeat the telecast on public demand. The show will be aired every Monday to Saturday at 6.30 pm.

Produced by noted Bollywood art director Nitin Chandrakant Desai, Raja Shiv Chhatrapati is based on the life of the great Maratha warrior Shivaji.

Dr Amol Kolhe, who has played the role of Shivaji commented, “I am proud of having been able to play this character in my lifetime. It’s not only a character but awe-inspiring values that creep skin-deep while playing Shivaji. I think the comeback is a good opportunity for everybody to connect to Shivaji and his values.”
