High Court also passed an interim-injuction against Yahoo. It specifically ordered
that Yahoo, its officers, agents, servants and representatives are restrained
from reproducing, adapting, distributing or transmitting in any manner on their
website or otherwise infringing in any manner the copyright of T-Series in films
and songs and underlying copyright works without obtaining an appropriate license
from T-Series. Earlier
this year, it was found that a number of music videos whereof the copyright and
publishing rights are owned and controlled by T-Series were located on Yahoo's
