Viacom ups Euro exec Philip Jenner

Viacom Thursday appointed Philip Jenner to the new position of VP of government relations - Europe

Jenner, who joins Viacom from Discovery Communications, will be based in London and report to DeDe Lea, Viacom's executive VP of government relations.
