As an alternative, you can print out this page and use it as a registration form. It can be mailed/couriered or hand-delivered at the above address for pre-registration before Ad-wise 2002 begins. Or as an option you can come to the venue on 22 March 2002 at 8:30 am and register at the desk.

I, have read all the terms and conditions on the following page and have understood them and I hereby assign my acceptance and adherence of the same with my full awareness.

Terms and Conditions

1) It is expressly agreed that Indian Television Dot Com Pvt Ltd which is organising ' Ad-Wise 2002 - India's first TV Airtime Planning, Buying and Selling Forum will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by any person(s) during or in connection with any activities of this Forum & Workshop.
2) The forum fees are payable in cash or by DD / Pay Order in favour of Indian Television Dot Com Pvt Ltd.
3) Receipt will be issued and course registration will be confirmed only when full payment is realised.
4) The course fee includes one day forum charges, course material, tea, coffee, beverages and lunch.
5) The participants should be present at the venue at 8:30 am sharp on the above mentioned date of the forum.
6) The participants should wear the badge / identity tag given to them throughout the forum as well as during the networking session.
7) The registration is not transferable under any circumstances.
8) The workshop and forum fee once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9) The organiser reserves the right to alter the structure of the Forum and speakers at any point of time without any liability on the organiser.
11) If due to any circumstances beyond the control of the organiser like riots, act of God, fire or natural calamity, the workshop is cancelled then the organiser is not responsible to pay back the course charges to the participant.
12) Ad-wise claims no affiliation or accreditation with any educational institute and is a private initiative on the part of Indian Television Dot Com Pvt Ltd with support from the Indian cable and satellite TV industry and Advertising and media professionals.
