Supplements

1. Advertisements which offend the provisions of the statutes that are in force, and that would be brought in to force hereafter from time to time, and the code of standards of the Indian Newspaper Society, will not be accepted. 
2. Advertisements are accepted in good faith and the Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever regarding the bonafide of the advertiser, delay, error, ommission in publication, forwarding replies and shrinkage in published content. The management. reserves the right to refuse or to suspend the publication of any advertisement without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 
3. We stand indemnified against any claims arising directly or indirectly from the publication of an advertisement. 
4. Advertisements measuring more than 48 cm in height will be billed for the full column height. 
5. Corrections and changes in schedule must be intimated at least one week before the date of insertion. 
6. For colour advertisements, the colour proofs given must match the positives supplied. 
7. All complaints regarding published advertisements should be sent to us in writing within 30 days from the date of
   insertion, or else any claim whatsoever, will not be accepted.
8. The Management does not hold itself responsible for any damage to advertisement material while in
   transit or its custody.
9. Fraction of centimetre exceeding 0.5 cm, for billing purposes, will be taken as one full centimetre. 
10. If the material is to be returned after use, specific instructions should be given in the Release Order. 
11. Irrespective of the rates mentioned in the Release Order, the rate in force at the time of publication of the advertisements will be payable. 
12. Certified voucher cutting of advertisements will be provided on request latest up to 2 months of the date of publication. 
13. If an agency / client submits a laser print / artwork, the responsibility of reproduction rests with the agency / client. 
14. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 
15. All payments by cheque / 0.0. should be drawn in favour of Anand Printers & Publishers. 
16. Any dispute arising out of this contract is subject to the Jurisdiction of Civil Court, Hubli
