The new campaign roll-out has been designed basis the understanding Pepperfry has gleaned by serving lakhs of furniture shoppers, through consumer research and conversations with customers around the key barriers that motivate consumers and barriers that dissuade/inhibit them from shopping online. It builds on the key drivers that motivate customers purchase furniture online by highlighting value and quality proposition. Besides, that it also tackles the apprehensions around buyer dissonance by showcasing the ease of returns.

With this campaign, it aims to appeal to a larger audience, while communicating its strengths around great quality at great value, supported by high-quality customer and service orientation
