IPL 5 ratings soften, 16 matches notch up 3.65 TVR
The ratings fail to improve after a softer opening even as it starts eating into the Hindi GEC genre; cumulative reach of the matches drops to 123 mn viewers from 127 mn last time.

IPL knocks out 51 Hindi GEC GRPs
The top four GECs shed 47 GRPs, indicating that the weakened T20 league still has a lot of steam left; Zee TV leads the pack with a loss of 19 GRPs.

IPTV start up raises $500,000 in equity financing
Internet Broadcasting Corp. raises $500,000 in Series A equity financing as part of its $2 million offering; Washington DC area angel investors lead the funding.
