MUMBAI: Pyramid Saimira Theatre has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.28 billion for the year ended 31 March, 2008.

During the year, the company’s total income stood at Rs 9.64 billion while net income from operations was at Rs 9.59 billion.

For FY'08, Pyramid Saimira Theatre operational expense was Rs 8.74 billion with the total expense stood at Rs 7.80 billion.

Pyramid Saimira expanded from being a single company into a multi-company group during the fiscal. "Each of the companies is in an expansion path that required continuous funding arrangements in the form of debt or equity from various markets," the company said in a release.
