MUMBAI:
Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment's
upcoming film Student of the Year has been scheduled
for release for 19 October.
Student
of the Year is a comedy film directed by ace director
Karan Johar who is launching a number of contemporary
faces within the Indian Cinema industry. The film also
serves as a launch pad for David Dhawan's son Varun,
Mahesh Bhatt's daughter Alia, Boman Iran’s son
Kayoze Irani and Siddharth Malhotr
After
he directed My Name Is Khan in 2010, Student of the
Year is Johar`s next directorial venture.
The
film also has Rishi Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, while
Shah Rukh Khan and Boman Irani play cameos in it.
Boman Irani will be sharing screen space with his
son Kayoze Irani.
